Pressed Juice Daily Plus Cleanse Guidelines


A few notes about your cleanse.  You should drink your juices one and a half to two hours apart beginning when you are first hungry.  It is not necessary to pace the juices so they last until it is time for your next one.  You will feel more satiated  and receive a more noticeable increase in physical energy and mental clarity if you consume your juice like you would a quick meal (about 15-30 minutes). 

Drink your juices  in the following order each day:

1.  Greens 

2.  Chlorophyll Water

3.  Roots

4.  Citrus

5.  Roots

6.  Greens

7. Almond Milk

8. Aloe H20


*Drink one-third of the bottle of Chlorophyll water in the morning, one-third in the afternoon and one-third in the evening.
